Return Refund Policy

If you purchase through Clickbank - their refund policy is as follows: ClickBank will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. After 8 weeks all sales are final.

Privacy Disclosure Statement

Your credit card information does not come to the attorney. We do not see your card information, at all. We are only told that the transaction went through. Your card information only goes directly to the Secured Server, which arranges for the transfer of funds from your credit card bank to the law office bank. It then confirms to you and to the law firm that the money has been paid, or advises that the card is overdrawn. Your privacy is secure.

The credit card information will not be distributed to marketing firms.
